This innovative and forward-thinking public sector organisation have undergone a period of change and growth over the past year which is expected to continue into 2019 and beyond. Due to an internal secondment this is a unique opportunity to join this fast-paced organisation on a long-term contract.

Your new role
Reporting to the department head you'll be responsible for a range of duties across the Learning & Development as well as OD teams. From coordinating the regional Graduate Programme to supporting with a wide variety of corporate learning programmes you'll gain extensive experience in L&D as well as working closely with the management team on a number of key Organisational Development projects. In addition you'll support the performance management and personal development of staff across the organisation as well as provided reports and analysis to the team including budget and needs analysis data.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you'll be an ambitious HR Advisor, ideally having worked within a Learning & Development or OD team. You'll need an excellent level of HR knowledge, great communications skills, and a flexible approach as well as the ability to engage with both internal and external Stakeholders.

What you'll get in return
