Benefits and Pensions Analyst - Central London - amazing offices


Your new company
I am working with a well known successful start up company with cool offices in Central London, who are looking to recruit a Benefits and Pensions Analyst to join them on a full time permanent basis.

Your new role
You will take ownership of the company benefits, being the first point of contact for employees looking to change and amend or have questions about their benefits options. You will also build relationships and liaise with vendors. You will also work closely with finance, ensuring that invoices are paid on time.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of benefits administration, and have excellent reporting skills. You will be confident and able to work in a fast-paced environment as you would get with any successful business that is growing as quickly as this one.

What you'll get in return
