A leading niche law firm is currently looking for a HR Advisor on a part time basis to join their London offices.
The HR Advisor will report directly to the HR Consultant/ Managing Partner and will assist with various general HR duties.
The key duties will include:
- Assist with the new starter process
- First point of contact for HR queries
- Ensuring background checks are completed and all documentation received
- Updating and managing HR database
- Assist with recruitment activities
- Manage performance management process
The HR Advisor must be CIPD qualified with recruitment and HR experience in a professional services environment. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills and will cope well under pressure. They will be a self-starter who has a proactive and professional manner. The right candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft and HR databases.
