The career opportunities and opportunity for professional development are substantial. You will be operating in a sophisticated HR setup and 'best practice' environment, so this is an awesome place to develop your skills in Talent & HR. You'll be busy with a varied workload that will get you involved across the full employee lifecycle (including inductions, L&D design and delivery, analysis of data to create talent strategy, job evaluations, coaching, researching workforce requirements etc.) so there is never a dull moment. You'll be working for a leading player in a in industry that is going through huge change so it's fair to say that it's a dynamic and pacey environment and one that will suit someone that wants to try new things and use their creativity to come up with new and different solutions to issues.

You'll be put in a position to make a difference and be given responsibility from day one as you have ownership of a strategically important group of creative digital specialists, who you will support by developing and delivering the strategic talent plans. This is perfect opportunity if you want to truly partner and engage with your stakeholders to add real impact, whilst being supported by the broader HR Centres of Expertise giving you the resources to deliver on the plans. That said, you will also be given the support and development you need to be able to do your role and to develop professionally.

You may currently be operating in a generalist HR role, with a desire to specialise in Talent, or be in the L&D space looking to translate into a more strategic talent role. We are really open to any of these backgrounds, but what you must be is truly passionate and inquisitive about talent management and understand what this can look like in a complex and sophisticated company. You'll need to be able to demonstrate solid academic achievement and an ability to engage with senior business people in a fast paced and changing environment.
