Reward Consultant for 12 month mat leave - Middlesex - oil and gas


Your new company
A global oil and gas business with head offices in Middlesex, are recruiting a Reward Consultant for a 12 month maternity cover.

Your new role
You will be responsible for the management and delivery of reward projects and change initiatives to support the reward operating model. You will assist in the management of global reward policies, changing and embedding existing policy through communications and education.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be extremely analytical and have worked at a senior level, taking ownership of reward projects. You will be able to demonstrate experience of start to end management of reward initiatives, ideally on a global scale.
