Your new role
This is a strategic and solutions focused role, where you will be responsible for a number of L&D related tasks including managing the employee lifecycle, employee needs analysis, personality profiling and designing new development programmes.

You will work with stakeholders on a daily basis, building relationships and ensuring you understand their business and their training needs. You will also be promoting the existing training programmes available including talent development and leadership programmes.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job, you must have strong Learning and Development experience. Experience in managing the employee lifecycle, training needs analysis, digital innovation, personality profiling would be beneficial. You must also have a pro-active approach, excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

What you'll get in return
You will get a competitive salary of circa £35,000 (could be flexible depending on experience) There is free parking onsite.
