L&D Specialist - Part Time - £40k FTE - London - 12 Month FTC

Your new company

You will join the technical learning team of a global engineering consultancy firm at their offices based in Central London.

Your new role

You will be responsible for managing the development of technical learning modules alongside system matter experts. You will carry out training needs analysis to support the development of learning pathways and programmes in line with the global approach. You will manage the LMS and provide advice on learning methodologies and available funding.
This is a part time role working 20 hours per week on a 12 month FTC.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have solid experience diagnosing learning needs and managing stakeholders. You will be have a strong knowledge of the full learning cycle for both face to face and e-learning. Data management and reporting skills, as well as experience using an LMS are a must.

What you'll get in return

Salary package of £40k FTE. You also have the opportunity to work flexibly.
