HR Assistant job in Sheffield, looking for a new year start

Your new company
You will be working in a niche sector company in Sheffield, they are an international organisation with established roots in Sheffield. They operate across a number of sectors offering specific solutions to their client. They operate within the professional services environment and have ambitious growth plans

Your new role
You will be working directly for the HR Manager responsible for assisting them with all HR activities within the busy team. Your job duties will include taking a lead on recruiting for difficult to fill roles, making use of resources such as LinkedIn and job board sourcing. You will send out letters of contracts, take references and on board them when they start in the business. You will be responsible for taking first line queries from employees, you will assist with ER issues and assist with rolling out new strategy.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have worked within a role within HR. You will have experience of leading on recruitment and have experience of working within HR administration. Ideally you will have dealt with first line HR enquiries

What you'll get in return
