Were seeking an experienced HR Analyst to join a team delivering a significant HR systems implementation.

A great opportunity for an HR Analyst / Analyst to be working as part of a project team to deliver transformation.

Were working with an established organisation who are investing significant resources into new technology, HR, Recruitment and Payroll systems.

Were seeking an HR Analyst to work as part of the project team implementing the HR and Payroll system. You will support the Systems Manager with a variety of technical project work related to the HR systems including implementing data migration, data cleansing, testing, process mapping, configuration and workflows, testing, updating documentation, user guides, user testing and training.


Were seeking a competent HR Analyst with skills and experience in (testing, maintaining systems, processes), excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, confident communicator and technical skills (IT, Excel, etc.).

Ideally you will be competent in how HR systems work and are configured with experience of creating processes/workflows.

Were looking for previous HR Data Analysis experience, reporting, data analysis, advanced Excel and the ability to interpret HR data.

This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a project team delivering significant HR & Pay project.
