Permanent Benefits Analyst for Global company in the City.

Your new company
Global media firm with Head Offices in Central London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fun, friendly and fast-paced HR team as their International Benefits Analyst.

Your new role
You will be a part of a large friendly and fun HR team, and be the subject matter expert for all things benefits. You will cover the EMEA region supporting 20 countries. Your main responsibilities will include building and continually improving the benefits offering, researching industry and employment trends, making recommendations to the business, and building strong networks both internally and externally.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be degree educated with an analytical mind-set. You will have ideally managed the international benefits offering, specifically EMEA. You will have strong knowledge of HR systems, and a working knowledge of Workday would be desirable.
You must also be a competent user of Excel - this will be tested at interview.
