You will join a complex international group who are committed to making their HR processes best in class and want your support to get there. Working across the EMEA region you'll have the opportunity to identify ways to do things better, but best of all, you'll be able to employ your experience and creativity to create (and then embed) your solutions. This is a high impact role.

Supported by a talented HR community you will get the chance to combine: your expertise in HR systems and processes, your project management skills and your ability to win hearts and minds to get diverse groups of people on board.

You'll be an adept user of HR systems, knowledge of SuccessFactors would be ideal (but not a deal breaker if not) and you'll know your way around Excel.
