Your new role
HRBP role with a focus on delivering a range of HR projects around employee engagement, developing HR metrics, driving diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring appropriate leadership development interventions are in place as well as business as usual requirements around complex employee relations and organisational change.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a switched on HRBP who can deliver the BAU responsibilities as well as being able to deliver the strategic HR projects outlined about, seek out solutions and engage with multiple stakeholders.
What you'll get in return
A 6 month contract paying £50,000 plus benefits
