Your new company
We are looking to recruit for a well known consumer marketing organisation in Manchester who are part of a larger group who operate in over 90 countries. The office is based in Cheadle however will be relocating to Manchester City Centre in February

Your new role
As the HR Administrator, you role will be very general as you will be the key support for the Head of HR and the HRBP. You will be required to perform general day to day HR Administration duties as and when required. They have also just input a new HR System and so you will be in charge of getting that up and running. You will extract and input all of the HR data on to the new system ensuring that it is running smoothly and efficiently.

The role will also offer you a lot of exposure into the advisory side of HR. You will be required to attend ER and disciplinary meetings to take minutes as well as attending the team meetings to discuss current cases and ER issues. This role is a great opportunity for a HR Admin who is looking to get some exposure and knowledge on the wider HR function and to learn as much as they can.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have worked within a HR Administration position previously and have the knowledge of the end to end HR Process.
You will be very data savvy and be good at using HR Systems and excel. Previous experience in extracting and inputting data into different systems would be beneficial as would a knowledge of the Workday system.
You must have a desire to learn and a want to progress your knowledge.
You must be efficient with the ability to work fast and to deadlines.
You must be happy to work in Cheadle until at least the end of February. The business is not too easily accessible via public transport.

This position is offered on a Full Time Permanent basis with some flexibility on working hours. The role is offering a generous salary of up to £23,000 and a great benefits package which included 25 days holiday plus banks, company pension plan and the company also have a bonus scheme.
