Interim HR Business Partner
Interim HR Business Partner c£65,000 plus benefits. Central London
Our client is a leading brand going through some unprecedented change. As a result of this, they are now seeking an Interim HR Business Partner to support on some of these change initiatives.
Reporting into a divisional HR Director, you will work alongside senior stakeholders both in the UK and overseas and lead on projects to include OD and restructuring, redundancy programmes, performance management and employee engagement initiatives. This will involve working both operationally and strategically to anticipate future trends and liaising with the wider HR community to implement programmes that enable the business to continue to prosper.
Ideally CIPD qualified, you have a successful track record of building highly effective, collaborative relationships across all levels and business functions, and of confidently working in business change environments. You are resilient and tenacious, with proven experience of working on people related issues arising from a large restructuring project. This includes organisational design and development, employee engagement, performance management and leading on the redundancy process.
