A permanent HR / Employee Relations Administrator role based near Solihull

Your new role
The Employee Administrator will join the ER Admin team and will be responsible for to providing ER administration support to the business. The post holder will produce ER based letters and correspondence ensuring compliance with company policy and employment legislation, as well as updating employment records.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR/ER Administrator or Shared Service Administrator who has experience of working in a fast paced and high volume environment. You will have very strong administration skills and be highly organised.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £18,000 plus benefits. This is great opportunity for someone who is keen to develop their experience within employee relations.
