HR Advisor

Your new role
Using your generalist HR expertise and employment law knowledge, you will expertly coach and support managers within your designated client group, with all people management related issues. Your role will be to proactively empower managers and build capability, especially in relation to employee relations and change management processes. Furthermore, you will encourage collaborative working across HR and foster relationships with key stakeholders in order to support organisation wide strategic projects.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in an HR Advisor role, possessing a strong customer focus and exceptional communication skills, including the ability to engage and influence.
