Job Details
We are currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager for an NHS Trust in Kent.
Key duties:
- Providing the Trust with expert knowledge and advice on all stages of recruitment and selection based on relevant legislation, national and local agreements, terms and conditions, and policies and procedures
- Developing and managing recruitment campaigns
- Managing the operational and international Recruitment team
Experience required:
- MUST have previous NHS experience in a similar role
- Must have good experience of recruitment
- Must have experience managing/leading/coaching a team
- International recruitment experience is desirable
