Your new role
As HR Administrator, you will be reporting directly to the Senior HR BP in a generalist remit within the company. Your duties will consist of being the first point of contact for managers and employees on the business' HRIS (workday), working alongside the global HR team on several core projects such as culture and engagement and keeping up to date with external trends and consistently looking for process improvements and efficiencies in admin. You will be confident utilising the in-house analytics tool to provide valuable insights on specific KPI's to senior stakeholders in addition to collating regular ad-hoc reports.

What you'll need to succeed
You will already have experience of working as a HR administrator within a fast-paced commercial business environment. You will be used to providing support on all HR generalist matters and will have an expert understanding of Microsoft Office functions, notably excel. It is desirable to have psychometric qualifications.
