Your new role
This is a relationship driven role, where you will build relationships across the business. Working in a small, fast paced & collaborative team, you will work ensuring the firms pool of lawyers are fully engaged with some of UK's leading businesses and ensure that the lawyers are developed and functioning to their full capability.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a successful internal or agency recruiter or HR Generalist. You will have experience working with senior stakeholders, ideally from a professional or financial services environment and have the ability to work at speed to deadlines and have a steady CV. You will be personable, fun and love building relationships.

What you'll get in return
You will receive and excellent salary of between £35,000- £40,000 + bonus dependant on experience and a great benefits. The opportunity to gain exposure to recruiting into the legal sector within a forward thinking consultancy.
