Senior HR Business Partner

We are looking for a talented Senior HRBP with an impressive track record of working as a strategic partner within a finance or commercial function. This customer group experience is imperative; understanding this client group will provide you with an immediate platform to credibly partner their Director.

Reporting to the HRD you will also play an integral role within the team to support the development of the HR operating model, and collaborate with your HRBP colleagues on a variety of strategic projects, contracting with specialist colleagues working across; resourcing, employee relations, talent development and reward to achieve the desired people change within your business area.
