Reward Manager job in London paying up to £47,000.

Your new company
You will be working for a Faith Charity located in South East London.

Your new role

You will be responsible for analysing the organisation's current remuneration position across all its services and offering recommended changes to develop reward and benefit programmes. Throughout your fixed term contract, you will be required to assist in number of things, including: managing a full-scale reward project plan that meets the scope, goals and key deliverables for the project ensuring that everything is achieved on time and on budget. You will also have to deploy effective project management methodology tools and technique to ensure effective and timely project delivery. Throughout your assignment you will review and work with the Head of Reward, the team and other stakeholders on all aspect of the project plan. This is a FTC from January 2019 until August 2019 paying up to £47,000. What you'll need to succeed

* Project management within a large reward or benefits programme (A, I, P)

* Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Project Management software (A,I)
* Proven experience of risk management (A, I)
* Experience of success in using project management tools and techniques (A,I,P)
* Experience of completing salary surveys, bench marking activities and data analysis (A,I).

Experience of working within the not for profit and public sector is very desirable. Additionally, if you have knowledge of a HR Software, preferably iTrent and Business Objects amongst the above key requirements, please apply!
