Three month contract as a HR Administrator paying up to £28,000 (annualised salary equiv.)

My client based in North Bristol are looking for a HR administrator to join them on a contract for three months. There is a possibility of the contract being extended but this is going to be dependent on the work load within the team and will be reviewed when approaching the end date.

This role will be providing general administrative support to the regional HR team and is it crucial that you are a self-starter and have an in-depth insight and knowledge around Employment Law.

Your new role

This is a full time, contract position paying the monthly equivalent of an annualised salary of up to £28,000.

You will be providing administrative support to the HR team and will be dealing within routine requests for information whilst maintaining an exceptionally high level of confidentiality at all times. You will also be expected to analyse data and will be dealing within management information whilst abiding to strict deadlines at all times.

You will be expected to manipulate MI to provide CRCs with a range of monthly reports.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need experience providing administrative support within a HR team and you must have experience of HR systems and procedures in employment law. For the administrative side of the role you must have experience of working with Microsoft Office applications. As you will be handling confidential information it is important that you have experience of working with an extremely high level of confidentiality at all times.
