Description
This HR Business Partner, reporting into the HR Director, will be a operational, strategic and project aligned HR professional who leads on delivering the overarching organisational people strategy with a value-add and commercially astute service. You will be the key interface with key internal stakeholders.
Using the People plan formulate an implementation programme that consists of structural and cultural change. You will have a focus on managing the ER, Talent & Performance, Engagement and D&I agenda.
You will also be a natural and engaging communicator who will look to engage, develop and maintain key relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
You will also have the benefit of flexible working and the ability to work from offices within the Manchester and Chester areas. The organisation also boast international offices, therefore additional travel internationally will be required.
Profile
As a HR Business Partner, you will be confident and assertive - with an outgoing personality and an informal, yet professional style. You must be able to communicate effectively to all areas of the business; grassroots to leadership.
Understanding the business operations, the talent employed and the strategic focus the business, you will be a natural business advisor to the management and leadership team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be the moral compass of the business, and look to evolve behaviours at all levels - within the HR team, and within the wider business.
You will be equipped with an operational toolkit which will enable you to manage and assist key projects within a generalist space; ER, Talent & Performance, Engagement and D&I etc.
You must have experience within a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, which you have supported in taking through a transformative journey.
Job Offer
This role will paid £40,000 to £50,000 per annum. You will also receive a car allowance and a performance related bonus, along with a suite of benefits.
