We are currently partnering with one of the North West's most interesting companies to work for - this business is a commercial and entrepreneurial Technology business.


Description

Based in the Chester office, this HR Operations Manager, reporting into the HR Director, will be a operational and process project aligned HR professional who will deliver on the operational aspect of the HR team.

You will manage a small team and will focus on the following;

* Ensure all global HR processes and policies are legally compliant, business relevant and up to date;

* Support the operational team in providing expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR matters, supporting managers in dealing with complex casework, performance, attendance and employee relations issues;

* Uphold the highest ethical standard and provide advice to the businesses you support to ensure they are compliant when dealing with people related matters aligned with our culture;

* Providing advice and guidance to managers on employment matters; influencing management around the people agenda to maximise service performance;

* Identifying HR priorities from corporate and departmental plans, translating business requirements into effective HR practices and delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives;

* Delivering key HR initiatives across the HR spectrum, including workforce planning, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management;

* Analysing and reporting HR information to support with benchmarking and the development of HR strategies and solutions. Ensuring that all internal and external reporting requirements are satisfied through the provision of management information and HR returns;

* Maintaining a clear understanding and providing up to date knowledge of the legal framework within which HR operates; developing HR policies in line with current legislation and keeping abreast of modern HR procedures and best practice.

You will also be a natural and engaging communicator who will look to engage, develop and maintain key relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

This role is based in Chester area of Cheshire. The organisation also boast other UK and international offices, therefore additional travel throughout the North West and internationally may be required.


Profile

As a HR Operations Manager, you will be confident and assertive - with an outgoing personality and an informal, yet professional style. You must be able to communicate effectively to all areas of the business; grassroots to leadership.

You will be the business expert from a HR Operations perspective and therefore are seeking a HR Operations / HR Shared Service expert who has managed a team that deliver on Employee Relations and transactional HR activities, which helps underpin the HR strategic activities.

As the HR Operations Manager, you will also understand HR systems and understand how to develop, evaluate and change processes and system matrixes to deliver and effective and efficient service to the business.

You must have experience within a fast-paced, dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, which you have supported in taking through a transformative journey.

To be considered, you must have degree, ideally in a HR related subject.


Job Offer

This role will paid £40,000 to £50,000 per annum. You will also receive a performance related bonus, along with a suite of benefits.

This role is based in Chester area of Cheshire. The organisation also boast other UK and international offices, therefore additional travel throughout the North West and internationally may be required.
