Services business based in central Stockton.


Description

Responding to client and candidate queries via email and telephone.
Updating the database with required information.
Receiving and processing timesheets though the CRM system.
Conducting references and recording qualifications, certificates and regulatory information for contract and temporary workers.
Working with the team to assist them in recruiting for their vacancy / contract opportunities. This will include:
Identify skills and matching them with each vacancy.
Sourcing potential candidates by understanding their requirements and their individual needs.
Regularly using recruitment tools (such as on-line job boards and social media platforms) to source talent.
Work closely with consultants to report the status of each opportunity.


Profile

Desirable but not essential - An understanding of the recruitment market, including advertising media, recruitment consultancies and direct recruitment
Strong administration and time management skills
Confident communicator with staff at all levels, both written and verbal
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Flexible and adaptable
Ability to prioritise workload, while dealing with various tasks at once
Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail
Excellent IT skills
