HR Business Partner

Gleeson Recruitment Group are seeking a highly competent HR Business Partner with a proven track record in a generalist role to join a growing business in Walsall. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a client who has genuine passion for performance in all of their business areas and their people.

As the HR Business Partner, you will operate under the People Operations Business Partner and help support the development of strategic plans which aligns organisational and people planning to ensure delivery of business objectives. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of HR which will include a high volume of Employee Relations, Recruitment and Learning & Development across the board.

With a strong background in HR, you will work in a full generalist role. You will lead and develop two direct reports and help support their succession plans. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of Employment Law, Training and enjoy working in a business that is going through a large amount of Transformation and Change.
