Your new role
Are you a focused individual with the drive required to succeed in a world-leading corporation? Are you looking for a job that will progress and showcase your capabilities? Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career? Look no further. Due to rapid growth and recently confirmed project development, my client is now looking to recruit a highly skilled HR Advisor to permanently join their dynamic and ever-changing team. You will be working closely with the CEO and stakeholders and reporting directly to the HR Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced HR Advisor with an understanding of or the desire to learn about holistic supply solutions which you will apply to all areas of HR including recruitment needs, chartering progress in year-to-date reports for your remit, development and resource solutions. You will be well-versed in day-to-day generalist complex casework including disciplinaries and grievance management. You will work collaboratively and liaise with the wider HR team and feedback to stakeholders and consistently provide a high level of accuracy and efficiency. You will have a range of HR experience, CIPD qualified (or relevant equivalent). Experience in management of projects is desirable but not essential.
