Interim HR Advisor

Gleeson Recruitment Group are seeking an experienced HR Advisor with a proven track record in a generalist role to join a growing business in Walsall for a 6 month fixed term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a client who has genuine passion for performance in all of their business areas and their people.

As the HR Advisor, you will operate under the People Operations Business Partner and help support the foundations of HR in their Sheffield site. You will need to embed the values of the business and transition this into the Sheffield site. Travel will be required 2 days a week. You will be responsible for the day to day operations of HR which will include dealing with all Employee relations, reviewing policies and procedures and help to coach existing managers across the business. The ideal candidate will be immediately available and committed to the 6 month contract.
