Description
Reporting into the Head of HR partnering the Hull site for all aspects of HR including:
* Working with key stake holders driving a high performance culture
* Coaching, guiding and upskilling managers for all employee relations cases
* Supporting Head of HR with HR projects
* Working closely with Internal Recruiter
* Partnering for all aspects of HR delivering an efficient, professional HR service
Profile
* Have operated at HR Business Partner level
* Have the ability to build and manage relationships with ket stakeholders
* Have prevously worked in engineering/manufacturing
* Have up to date employment law knowledge
* Have previously worked with HRMI
Job Offer
* Salary £35,000 - £45,000k per annum
* 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
