An institute in London are recruiting a Recruitment Officer on a temp to perm basis. They are looking for someone to deliver comprehensive recruitment support.

Responsibilities 

  • Carrying out recruitment campaigns for the organisation
  • Partnering across the People Team to ensure current and future campaigns are communicated
  • Sourcing candidates, using a variety of sources
  • Providing reports on recruitment activity
  • Work with the Director of OD to develop a talent acquisition strategy
  • Work with line managers and ensure they are in line with recruitment policies and employment legislation
  • Help plan resourcing needs and develop new and cost-effective ways to recruit

Qualifications/experience required

  • Successful recruitment track record, preferably with experience in an agency or fast paced internal recruitment team
  • The ability to balance a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to deliver outstanding customer service
  • The ability to build relationships internally and externally
  • Great communication and literacy skills
  • The ability to liaise with senior employees and challenge them where necessary on recruitment issues
