A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a successful, growing organisation as HR Manager, £50-55k, based in Coventry.
Reporting into the HR Director, and managing the HR team you will provide advice and guidance across this SME. This will include Employee Relations, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Projects.
As an experienced HR Manager, you will have managed a client group of Technical/ IT employees, and have coached and developed a HR team. CIPD qualified or equivalent.
