Your new company
Our client is based close to the centre of Oxford and has a great local reputation. you will be working as part of a small and direct team, reporting directly to the HR Manager.This role is being offered on a 12-14 month contract basis.

Your new role
As HR Assistant you will be assisting the HR Manager as well as the wider business in providing an effective and comprehensive HR service to employees. You will providing generalist support and advice to colleagues and line mangers on matters such as; appraisal processes, disciplinarians and policy. You will also be responsible for coordinating the full Recruitment processes.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this position, you will hold exceptional organisational skills and have the ability to prioritise a demanding workload. Previous experience of working within a fast paced Human Resources department is highly desirable. You will have excellent Administrative skills and have a positive working attitude.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a generous annual salary of up to £26,000 dependant upon your previous experience.You will be working with a highly reputable organisation in an ideal location with on site parking available.
