Temporary HR Officer-Employee Engagement job paying £17.39-£19.71 p/h

Your new company
You will be working for a leading public research University located in Central London.

Your new role
As HR Officer, you will be based in the Employee engagement team and you you will required to provide pro-active project and administrative support to the Senior Employee Engagement Manager. On a daily basis, you will be required to support the development and implementation of the staff survey, including stakeholder liaison, marketing, communication and branding of the survey. You will also be responsible for all the administrative tasks which will follow including organising meetings to the staff survey and capturing and responses. This is a temporary role to cover for the Reward and Policy Coordinator in their absence. You must be immediately available or on a One week notice period as you'll be required to start week commencing 7th January 2019 for a period of 2 months initially.

What you'll need to succeed
You must demonstrate general HR knowledge. Specifically, you must have previous experience working on improving employee engagement via a staff survey and conducting all of the administrative responsibilities including: calendar booking, taking notes and inputting and extracting data from spreadsheets.

Previous experience working within Higher Education is highly desirable but not essential so please apply if you have the relevant experience outlined above.
CIPD qualification is highly desirable in addition to a passion for Human Resources and improving staff engagement.
