You will be working with a great team, the digital specialists who build and maintain the online platform for one of the UK's best loved retailers. Strategically vital, high profile and working in an ever changing environment, this talent needs to be actively supported and managed and that means you'll get the opportunity to have a real impact.

Although you'll get autonomy to make decisions and to use your HR creativity, you'll be joining a 'best practice' FTSE100 environment, so this is an awesome place to develop your skills in Talent & HR. You'll be involved across the employee lifecycle including: inductions, L&D design and delivery, talent data analysis, job evaluations, coaching, researching workforce requirements etc. This is a chance to both define and deliver talent solutions (just to be clear, this is talent management, not talent acquisition, you're not going to be recruiting) and is the perfect opportunity if you want to truly partner and engage with a commercial and high calibre team to add real impact.

This is a great role for someone looking to develop their career in talent management and there's plenty of opportunity for you to grow in the role. You will need to have a solid academic background and experience in supporting a digital population in an HR capacity (likely as a generalist or in L&D, possibly as a recruiter if you have been involved in other areas such as induction and job analysis). Importantly, you will be able to demonstrate that you understand what good talent management looks like.
