HR Administrator

Your new role
As the HR Administrator you will take charge of the entire HR Admin process. The role will be very varied and will require you to perform a variety of different tasks. You will be in charge of dealing with things such as contracts, offers, new starters, leavers and a variety of other general HR duties.
The way the HR team works in this business is quite unique as the entire team works in quite a generalist capacity which means that there will be a lot of opportunity for you to be involved within the wider HR process. You will assist the team in a range of different task which will give you a lot of exposure to different things.
This is a brilliant opportunity for a HR Administrator who is looking to expand their current skills and knowledge and for somebody who if looking to progress within their HR career.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience of working within a HR Administration capacity previously.
You will have experience working in a fast paced, high pressured environment and be comfortable working to deadlines.
You must be strong with administration work and you must have a basic understanding of the HR process.
You should be looking to learn as much as you can and have a want to progress within your HR career.

This role is offered on a permanent basis and is paying up to £20,000 per annum. The role also comes with a brilliant benefits package and you will have the opportunity to work in a brand new, modern office in the heart of the City Centre.
