Your new company
Our client based in Oxford are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis. The team are based on the outskirts of Oxford and have on site parking. This position is with a long standing organisation with a great reputation.

Your new role
As HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for employees within the business on.You will also take on responsibility for the induction process of all new starters. You will be managing a high volume of ER casework, responding and resolving in a timely manner. This position also requires occasional travel.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this position you will have an excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach. You will ideally have experience within a similar HR position with experience of dealing with a high volume of casework and ER queries. You will have the ability to prioritise a busy and demanding workload.

What you'll get in return
In return you receive a generous annual salary of up to £34,000 plus a car allowance of £4000. You will also receive a fantastic benefits package. This a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional to build their experience within a fast growing organisation.
