HR Advisor

A 12 month contract role as a HR Advisor based in the centre of Sheffield

Your new company
You will be working for an SME organisation close to the centre of Sheffield, on a 12 month FTC contract. They have approximately 80 people on site and operate globally within a niche sector. They are a professional organisation with a long standing history in Sheffield.

Your new role
You will be covering a maternity leave as HR Advisor, you will report into the Global HRD and the General Manager. You will be responsible for all HR admin, any disciplinaries and grievances, managing performance. You will also get all the information ready for monthly payroll and attend weekly management meetings, co ordinate training and be a champion of Health and Well being within the office.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience of working as a HR Advisor, you will have worked within a similar role and be able to hit the ground running. You must be available to start the role late January or early February.
