HR Manager - People Performance

Reporting to the Head of HR you’ll have a significant impact and influence on the future direction of Human Resources; and in turn, the performance and culture of the organisation through our people management.
This senior role will give you the chance to drive real improvements in organisational performance whilst contributing significantly to the professional development of the HR team. Your leadership and professionalism will be challenged as you drive changes in HR relationships, supporting and developing management on policy and process helping them to achieve the business and people strategy through our personnel.
MCIPD qualified, you’ll bring experience of implementing a HR business partnering model in an environment in transition, along with strong generalist experience especially across Employee Relations and HR Policy. Your flair for influencing senior stakeholders and managers at all levels will be matched by a proven track record in the implementation of performance standards, enhancing levels of customer service and delivering against challenging accountabilities.
The ability to coach and mentor staff in recognition of their professional potential will be essential.
