HR Assistant

Were seeking an HR Assistant to work as part of a busy HR department undertaking HR administration

We have a great opportunity for an HR Assistant to join a busy and professional HR team providing a full HR service to employees and managers. Your role will be very varied across the whole employee life cycle from recruitment, contracts, terms & conditions, amendments, Maternity, Paternity, payroll, and policy.

As an HR Assistant you will be working within a fast paced environment with with high volume HR transaction activity for employee HR services.
Key Tasks

* Processing a variety of HR, Pay and contractual changes
* Maternity & Paternity Payments
* Amendments to contracts
* Recruitment - Placing adverts, processing applications, interview arrangements and contracts of employment
* Data Entry
* Updating Payroll

Candidates
We are seeking HR Administrators who have a background of working within a high volume administration/coordination in busy environments.
High level of attention to detail, organisational and administration skills
Ideally a background of working in HR department or a potentially for someone looking to get into HR and perhaps has a CIPD qualification but has great admin experiences.

This is a full time role 37 hours - 8.30 - 5 / 4.30 on Friday
Temporary role through to April and then potential for the future roles.
