Job Details
This is a fantastic role with a market leading organisation. Working as part of a large HR team you will be responsible for the Internal Communications and Engagement across the organisation, from strategy to delivery.
You will be responsible for the following
* Development of a consistent communication and engagement approach across the organisation
* Development of innovative ways to deliver internal communications, whilst supporting the cultural aims of the business utilising new technology where necessary
* Creation of an internal brand for HR
* Liaison with all internal teams and departments to maximise communication channels
* Take ownership of the delivery of engagement surveys, measuring responses and making recommendations for change/improvement.
To be a success in this role you must have a strong background in internal communications and engagement. You must be able to work with multiple teams at all levels to ensure successful project delivery and have a collaborative style and approach. Exceptional standard of written communication is an absolute essential in this role.
Based: North Birmingham
Salary: c.£37,000 + Excellent Benefits.
