OD Business Partner for a well known public sector organisation in either Glasgow or Edinburgh

Your new company
Due to growth a well known public services organisation are seeking an Organisational Development and Change Business Partner to join their organisation on a permanent basis. This is an exciting role for an OD Specialist to come in and work on a number of rewarding projects.

Your new role
As Organisational Development and Change Business Partner you work on a number of change programmes across the organisation. You will work alongside 2 other Business Partners providing expert organisation design, development and change support for senior stakeholders and lead organisation wide initiatives that support staff to fulfil their potential and drive continuous performance improvement.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to be currently working in an Organisational Development / Change role and have extensive hands on OD experience. My client is ideally seeking an OD Specialist rather than a generalist with some OD experience. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential for this job.

You will get a competitive salary of between £41,148 - £46,359 + benefits including flexible working, 41 days holiday, excellent pension scheme and flexibility to work from their Glasgow or Edinburgh office.
