Redeployment Consultant/Career Coach

6 month Redeployment Consultant/Career Coach role for a Local Government in Central London. ASAP start, £225-255 per day.

Your new company
You will be working as a Redeployment Consultant/Career Coach, for a Government organisation in London on a 6 month interim basis. Located across North Greenwich and Stratford, the role will pay £30-£34 per hour and is for 37 hours per week. Candidates must be available on 1 weeks notice or less and the role will start on 14th January 2019.

Your new role
Reporting to the Redeployment Manager, you will be supporting and coaching redeployees through assessment and selection, to ensure they are able to secure new employment. You will also assist with developing redeployee CVs and skills profiles, to showcase their talent, to ultimately either match them to suitable vacancies, or assist them with finding alternative external employment or exiting and settlement agreements.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates must have a background in organisational change and redeployment, with the ability to assess profiles and the suitability of internal candidates, alongside incoming roles.

You will work autonomously in a rewarding role, assisting those at risk of redeployment or redundancy. You will be paid weekly, and the role may be extended beyond the 6 month interim stage.
