Graduate Recruitment Advisor
My client is a growing international law firm who is looking to recruit a Graduate Recruitment, Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity & Inclusion Advisor.
The Graduate Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for the effective management of all matters concerning employment and development of the firm’s people.
The key duties will include:
- Managing the graduate recruitment lifecycle
- Lead sessions for open days
- Lead coaching sessions for students
- Provide HR support for trainees and future trainees
- Co-ordinate international training contract recruitment
- Co-ordinate diversity group meetings
- Mentor assistant in the team
- Ad hoc project work
The Graduate Recruitment Advisor, Corporate Social Responsibility and Diversity & Inclusion Advisor will have strong experience in graduate recruitment, with a flexible approach and proactive manner. The right candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. They will have strong IT skills with HR information system/database experience. Partnership experience would be advantageous.
