Are you a HR Advisor with strong background in system implementation and process management, looking for a collaborative, welcoming team to join in 2019? We have the opportunity you are looking for!

About the Role:
Our client is looking for a new team member to join them at their head office, based in Manchester, for a 6-month fixed term contract. Initially, you will be working with the wider HR team to integrate and develop a new HR System and support managers to establish a smooth transition into daily working practice for users. In addition to this, the role will require a candidate who has a generalist background.

As HR Advisor, you will perform various tasks including updating internal databases, keeping employee records and educating users on how to utilise systems.
You will provide a variety of administrative tasks, creating accounts and updating employee records. You will process employee data like leavers and benefits, creating regular reports from the data available. You will also support the wider HR team carrying out general admin duties.
