Senior HR Officer, Greater Manchester, c.£30,000 plus car and excellent benefits.

Our Client is a global organization and a leader in their field. Due to an exciting period of change and transformation across their UK business, they are now seeking a Senior HR Officer to join their existing HR team. Reporting into a Senior HR Business Partner you will join an established HR function and  be part of the transition to provide a modern, proactive and value added HR service to the business. A solid generalist, with an innovative style and approach, you will provide support to your client group through the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, development and onboarding, disciplinaries and grievances,  performance management and employee engagement. You will also take the lead for shaping and embedding policies and processes across the business that enable managers to get the best from their people.  

Ideally CIPD qualified or studying towards this, you are a passionate, proactive and ambitious self-starter with a creative and collaborative approach. You have the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and a real desire to continually improve the way things are done. You have ideally gained your experience from within fast paced, multi-site, commercial, environments.
