As HR Business Partner you will :

* Ensure that the organisation is structured in a way that helps achieve business objectives
* Manage talent effectively
* Enable business leaders to cultivate an effective leadership pipeline
* Support the business unit in building an engaged workforce ensuring there are adequate levels of skills, expertise and resource in the function through effective man-power planning, performance management, talent reviews and succession plans
* Be a trusted advisor and coach to leadership, and play a critical role in enhancing their effectiveness
* Drive people-related initiatives with your communication, coaching and influencing skills
Challenge the status quo and continue to develop ideas, benchmarking against best practice and industry standards
* Work effectively with the HR Shared Service team and the Centres of Expertise
to deliver a high-value service to the business.


You will:

* be CIPD qualified
* have worked as HR Business Partner or generalist experience
* be experienced in HR disciplines, project management, TUPE/ major organisational change
* have effective consulting and coaching skills
* have ability to build and maintain relationships with Senior Leaders
