Diversity & Inclusion Senior Advisor
My client is a global firm, based in the heart of the city who are recruiting a Diversity & Inclusion Senior Advisor on a permanent basis. This role is a fantastic opportunity within a forward-thinking law firm.
The Diversity & Inclusion Advisor will report directly into the Head of Diversity & Inclusion and will play a big part in helping the firm become a global and innovative leader for D & I.
The key duties will include:
- Analyse and interpret workforce data
- Create and implement a monthly bulletin
- Manage key internal and external relationships
- Support and develop the D&I Assistant
- Deliver events, initiatives and campaigns
- Support D&I focused client engagement
- Work closely with the Graduate Recruitment team
- Ad hoc project work
The Diversity & Inclusion Senior Advisor will have at least two years’ experience in a dedicated diversity role ideally within a professional services environment. They will have a core understanding of market trends and will have a solid knowledge of relevant legislations. The right candidate will be a collaborative and motivated person who can engage and supervise others effectively. They must be able to influence stakeholders and will have a genuine passion for D&I.
