HR Manager (Part-Time)
HR Manager, Part-time, Permanent, Merseyside, up to £40,000 plus excellent benefits.
Our client is a successful, local organisation with an enviable reputation and exciting growth plans and as a result they are looking to strengthen their team with a part-time HR Manager.
As HR Manger you will report directly into the board and will be responsible for providing a full HR service to your client group on site. This is a stand-alone role where you will be responsible for shaping and developing the HR offering, providing both strategic and operational support to senior managers on all HR issues including employee relations, recruitment, learning and development, payroll and employee engagement whilst being responsible for driving cultural change and developing leadership capability. An experienced HR Manager you will work closely with your key stakeholders to really understand their business challenges and support them with HR initiatives that help them achieve their business objectives.
A solid generalist, you are a passionate, proactive and ambitious self-starter with a creative and collaborative approach. You will have a solid understanding of HR best practice and the ability to influence and develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the business. You will ideally have gained your experience from within a manufacturing or logistics type organisation.
