Senior Employee Relations Advisor Temp position (BAND 6) Starting Immediately

A large Public Healthcare organisation require a BAND 6 Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join their highly experienced and successful team.

You will join a large public healthcare organisation, who provide a range of services across the local area. This is a diverse and supportive organisation who help to improve the lives of thousands of patients locally, and your work will have a direct and positive contribution to this.

Your new role

Provide managers and staff with professional, comprehensive and timely Human Resources advice and support, ensuring that the service provided is consistent with defined quality standards.
Lead and contribute towards proactive measures that advocate a best practice approach when managing people issues. Develop excellent working relationships with Divisional/Directorate managers providing robust advice and support on all aspects of employee relations in line with policies and procedures, employment law and best practice.
Support Divisional/Directorate managers to ensure that complex employee relations casework is progressed effectively and promptly, as delegated by the Head of Employee Relations, taking into account the needs of the individual and the service. Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to ensure better integration of the team, sharing of information and knowledge to deliver a seamless service and assist the HR team in the delivery of the People Strategy. Management of a Human Resources Assistant.

What you'll need to succeed

Experience of dealing with high volume complex employee relations is essential. Outstanding communication skills, ability to communicate complex, and sensitive information. You will have experience in team management and great analytical and organisational skills.
