Learning and Development Manager
A leading international law firm based in the city of London are looking to recruit a Learning and Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
Reporting directly to the Head of Learning and Organisational Development this role covers international organisational development initiatives. Key duties will include:
- Design and deliver learning and development activities
- Review and evaluate activities to improve processes
- Facilitate training for all levels of staff across the firm
- Build and sustain relationships with Partners and Business Leaders
- Assist Business Services teams with Learning & Development activities
- Contribute to wider HR projects
- One to one coaching
The Learning and Development Manager will have a proven track record ideally within a law firm otherwise professional services. They will have significant experience in skills training design and delivery. The right candidate will have strong communication, interpersonal, leadership and presentation skills. They will display a good business judgement with the ability to be flexible and adaptable. The candidate will be degree qualified with a CIPD qualification highly regarded.
